I'm reformatting my PC and I want to keep my Vortex mod lists for Skyrim SE and Fallout 4....but I have no idea where they're saved or how to handle it appropriately. What should I back up so when I install on the reformatted PC it picks up my mod list for me? Some of the mods are no longer on Nexus so I need a way to make sure I have the files or I will lose those mods entirely.
