Clean first before you try and tackle conflicting records. It's basically a three step process. Apply filter, remove identical to master entries, and undelete references/set them to disabled (the last one is more important, CTD prevention wise). After you've done that for the esp's flagged by BOSS as in need to cleaning, look through the records of the esp's not recognized by BOSS one by one, see if there are any conflicts with other mods.

Hi, i did this steps Apply filter, remove identical to master entries, and undelete references/set them to disabled just like you said but in all of mods can only clean some of the dirty errors, the mod stays in red and with dirty errors, and the step of undelete references tes5edit always says 0 references undeleted, i dont know whats wrong, it was suppose to clean all the dirty errors and undeleted references, right?

Just clean the esp's and esm's flagged by your BOSS log as in need of cleaning, don't touch the other esp's. 'Red' does not mean error, it means conflict (with other esp'). But that is not an issue you need to worry about right now. The only time you should be concerned about conflict right now is when you are checking out an esp in TES5Edit which BOSS does not recognize and has not arranged in the load order. These esp's should not be allowed to load at the end of the load order, unless you've checked them in TES5Edit and found they do not conflict with any other esp's in your load order. If they do conflict, then you need to see where the conflict is and decided, based on that, where in the load order they should go. If you see conflict and you are not sure what they mean, post some screenshots here and we'll try to help.

 

After you've established a clean and well maintained load order by doing al of that, then rebuild your compatibility patches (Bashed Patch and ReProccer). Repost your BOSS log so we can help verify everything is in order.

Ok will do that, i already cleaned the ones flagged by BOSS, i'm not at home right now, when i get home i will post the log from BOSS.

Looks ok. Give that load order a try. Do the 'worldspace stability test': after you finish the Helgan tutorial, run from Riverwood to Whiterun without saving, then run from Whiterun to Dawnstar. If you don't CTD at all then you *should* be ok for now (at least in the worldspace). Edited by ripple

Ok, will do that, i just load my save and save it with another name (my last 3 saves was acting very strange freezing in loading screen and serana disappear, i had to load a earlier save and save it again there, later i will report if its all good.

Hi,

I start testing and i only played for 10 minutes, load my save killed a dragon that was near and start riding for 5 minutes and CTD time...

Now i deactivate the Mintylightning mod and it only 2 minutes to CTD.

Idont know what else to do, im almost giving up on this...if it is my save that ruined i dont want to start alll over again, i have 144 hours invested in this game..
