A mod that makes NPCs use their race's armor and gear

Hi there! Is there a mod that causes armor-wearing NPCs to wear armor and use weapons matching their race? Like Orsimer wearing Orcish armor, Altmer wearing Elven etc., perhaps with support for other mods that add gear (making Dunmer wear modded Chitin or Bonemold for example).

You can do this through leveled lists, perhaps even through scripts.

I'm actually working on something similar as we speak. It's called "Cultural Disparity: Armors of Cyrodiil" and it does essentially what you said while adding new Lore-Friendly armor to the game.
