I'd like it if the speed buff made it so you swing/charge your tools faster rather than move faster. I'm using a sprint mod and so speed buffs to movement is a bit redundant and it would be nice to repurpose it.

If this mod doesn't exist, would making a mod that accomplishes this be relatively easy? I've considered making mods for the game but I just don't understand what I'm looking at when I try to read about doing it.
