nemtek
I recently installed two animation replacer: Weapon Animation Replacer by joefoxx082 and New Vegas - Re-Animated by AlendorHere are their respective links: http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/38527 and http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/35028 Anyway I installed joefox's mod first and all went well. I installed Alendor's mod second. With both mods installed, playing in 3rd person, whenever I aim my characters head snaps to the right and completely looks away from his weapon. So I assumed that both animation mods had compatibility issues. So I uninstalled Alendor's animations using NMM and booted the game again. My character still had the same issue. So I uninstalled Joe Fox's animations via NMM and booted the game and it CTD upon loading my save. I re-installed Joe Fox's animations and booted again and no CTD but character still had same issue. So I uninstalled again and verified game cache integrity with steam and one file did fail to validate. I booted the game again with bods mods uninstalled and even with vanilla animations my character's head still looked away but slightly down when aiming. So I uninstalled all my mods (No other mods I have alter character animation meshes btw) and uninstalled New Vegas completely. I re-installed New Vegas and ran it vanilla and still the problem proceeded. On a whim, I re-installed Joe Fox's animations only and when I got back in game again, and aimed my gun, character's head went right back to looking completely away from my gun. I've never had such an annoyance as this, with animations mods, its as simple as deleting the files and everything goes back to normal but this isn't the case. If any one has experience with this sort of issue, any help is greatly appreciated. Here's a screenshot of what I'm talking about:
RulianJarter
I'm having this problem too. Not sure if you figured it out by now, if that's the case please let me know how you fixed it.
jazzisparis
Try this:Open your FNV installation folder (default: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\Common\Fallout New Vegas). Once there, continue to Data\Meshes\Characters. Delete the following folders (making a backup would probably be a good idea, just in case): _1stperson and _male. Re-install joefoxx082's WAR (preferably manually).
