Strange lighting issue...

I made a video of what was going on with the lighting. I want to fix it, but I'm not sure what it could be. Any help?

Well, the problem could jsut be pop-in. Have you tried playing with the sliders in the skyrim graphics options (in the advanced" tab)

 

Also regarding the mod thing, you just need to have BOSS generate the log file in .txt., then copy and paste to your post. That is a much more useful list for people to look at, since load order is often at least part of the problem.

If you are not using BOSS, I would recommend that. Load order could also be related to your problem.
