darkdill
Right now, the wait for Dragonborn is killing me, but for more than one reason. Right now, I'm not even playing Skyrim because I'm worried that, in a week's time, any work I put in to get my game up-and-running with loads of mods is going to either break or require massive amounts of updating when Dragonborn becomes available due to official updates from Bethesda. Certain mods might crash, others like Skyrim Redone would require time to upgrade to have Dragonborn compatibility, etc. Am I being pessimistic, or is this a reasonable expectation? screendrop
Hmmmm it is possible that certain new mechanics of Dragonborn may become obselete by mods, for example, when DG was released, I found crossbows became incompatible when used with Seige Bows and Throwing Weapons, DFA because they used several similar key words. You may experience crashes as it is ALWAYS better to start a new game when introducing new plugins, regardless of official content or, but you should be alright, could you upload your loadorder and plugin list? :)
darkdill
Well, I'm planning to do a total uninstall/reinstall of Skyrim since I heavily modded my last playthrough, and simply removing all the mods via NMM won't cut it (need to do a total uninstall to get rid of bad "leftovers"). But I use a lot of high end mods like Deadly Dragons, PCEA, etc. I also plan to try out SkyRe in my next playthrough.
