Crashes and Missing Textures.

I have a lot of mods I am wanting to use and all I have gotten are CTD's and sadness. I have looked into the forums for help but only somewhat have gotten help. I have my current load order sorted by BOSS and have used TES5Edit. Still getting problems.

Can you post your BOSS log instead (enclose it in a spoiler tag)? Texture issues are usually installation problems (as in the texture files weren't installed correctly). But I'd still like to see your BOSS log with the messages. List any texture replacer mods you are using as well that do not come with esp's. Edited January 30, 2013 by ripple

What kind of CTD?

Depending on where, when, how often you are having CTDs, the cause can be quite different.

What did you change just before the CTDs happened? What have you done so far to try to fix the problem?

Finally, this list looks like it is missing the BOSS log's messages--did you read therough the log and address all the warnings/errors?

 

Also, posting your computer specs, game specifics (patch, if you are using skse, graphics settings, etc) and any changes you have made to your ini files and/or graphics driver might also help.

Any patterns to your CTD's? Mostly outdoor/in the worldspace, in interior cells, during combat, at specific locations, etc. that sort of thing?

I put all of them on to see if/how fast it would crash. My prior list was a lot shorter since for some reason I have been plagued by crashes. It seems to be any time I'm around tree's or moments after a fast travel. For the most part I seem to be safe in Whiterun but almost always crash in the rift. That's more my dream list of what I would love to have running. Sadly I can't put any texture packs or I crash. I'm using SKSE and still nothing.

 

I have 2G of VRAM, a quality graphics card and a new motherboard so I don't think it's a problem with hardware, or at least I don't think so.

Well would that directly affect loading into like buildings and such. I tried to make a new character and I crashed right when I get off the cart.

No other possible help? I'm not sure what is causing the issue and have read further into each mod deleting some of the mods that had potential conflict. I have even started a new character just to try and get things working and yet still a crash, which would make me think it's something else,

Then you should be able to play without problems

 

Unless of course you've got a bunch of Hi-Res Texture packs your not sharing with us.

 

Edit

-You may have to start a brand new character

-You may have to cut back on textures

-You may have ot cut back on scripted mods
