Messed Up Mannequins

Hey all, I am trying to create my own home mod with Creation Kit, and I have run into a snag. I followed this tutorial (http://www.creationkit.com/Creating_a_Mannequin) and my mannequins wouldn't work, so I tried rotating them 45 degrees and they started working. However, I am having a rather creepy problem where they move around. They don't actually change location in the room, they just move their arms and look around and what not, and when I activate them, they stop moving but instead strike this weird muscle man pose. I also tried copying a mannequin out of proudspire to see if I just wasn't setting something up correctly, and the same thing happened. Anyone solved this problem? I can't seem to find it anywhere else. Thanks for all the help!

I read somewhere that mannequin mods only change the ones in the vanilla game? Would it also fix the problems with my mod? And the problem isn't that they are moving to a different spot, they always stay right where I place them, they just act like an npc standing in one place. They change their pose, cross and uncross their arms, look around the room, really creepy

Unless you wrote your own mannequin script, the mannequins you placed in your custom home were stock mannequins from the base game. So whatever bug that afflicts stock mannequins thus also affects the mannequins placed in your custom home. It's not really your problem and as long as your custom home does not edit the mannequin script, no one can fault your mod for it. There are actually several reported bugs with the stock mannequins, including disappearing items (which the USKP seems to have fixed). The moving mannequin bug is well known, and yes, I agree it's quite creepy.....

I was having the same problem but I think I found a fix.

If you go to the edit screen for the mannequin and click over to the script tab you'll see the MannequinActivatorScript. Open that script up by clicking properties. There should be 3 properties listed as Pose 1, Pose 2, Pose 3. By default they use IdleStaticPoseA, B, and C. I changed all of them to IdleStaticPoseA and they all took that pose from then on.

Actually, I went back to the master script (MannequinActivatorScript) and made that same change so that all mannequins took the change. It might not work the first time you enter a room with the mannequins, but if you reload the room it should correct itself and then STAY the correct way
