  1. The games head designer passed away a few months before the release date. I'm just guessing here but I think they did the best they could with it after that. May be the reason the CK was included. What a shame he never seen what we have done with his masterpiece. Followers of Skyrim were not about to let it fade away. The modders more then made up for any loss. Truly an Epic story to be sure! I could be wrong not even sure where I seen that.
  2. Good job explaining v5.0.5 90% right on the mark. Steam Pause -> I do not know. Honestly don't. Might have something to do with pulling up the overlay UI. I couldn't find any info on this one. The Steam Pause is how long ATTK will wait after loading Skyrim to unload Steam, if you have that option set. Normal is a good setting. Keep in mind this will effect your reload time back to the desktop. As in: you will always have to wait out the Steam pause before the desktop will reload. Normally this would never be noticed unless you exit Skyrim right after loading. On the other hand to fast of a setting may cause issues.

(the forum you get to from the ATTK page. And it tells you the options from the main page. help section has a walk through. hope this helps.

The pay area is handled by a program from PayPal. It handles everything for me. 100% legit bro ... PayPal sends you my file not me ... I don't have to do anything, it's sweet.
  5. v5.0.5 is deferentially an all pro version. If you don't plan on editing Skyrim or using tools to edit. The light version may be for you. As far as the buttons go, just click around ATTK is 1/2 error checking and will not let you do anything to harm your computer. Just start clicking you will not blow up :)

No Splash, Logo or Music options. ATTK o7 is a background loader. ATTK o7 is not an upgrade to the ATTK 5.0.5 package, rather a whole new approach to adding the ATTK effect.   10. One of my first mods installed was "Better Horses" always loved it has never gave me any problems. Just make sure it's one of the top 3 mod on the load list and it works fine. Everything you asked it can do and more.
  11. 4 words for you that will change your Skyrim life ... ATTK Skyrim Power Loader. ATTK can make most any rig play Skyrim like a champ. Higher rigs to lower rigs.
  12. You install to the Skyrim folder ... If your Skyrim is in the steam folder it would be ... Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim
  13. Click in the window and press Shift+Enter to activate windowed mode. ATTK also come with a window mode called APW. Also there are many window mode programs on the web.
  14. I suppose a move to me command wouldn't work. Not sure what you're asking. Maybe a combination of the mod that let's you make anyone a follower and a mod that can give you many followers. The mod I use for that let's you tell a follower to relax ... they then move around the area like they live there.
  15. Could you just model the object you need to open the chest from a key linked to your model. So it looks like it but is really a key.
  16. Jeir has your fix for the neck thing. My faces are very nice but are from no one mod. Eyes from one mod, mouth rip out of some other ... exc, exc ... (crazy just how nice you can get them to be)
  17. In the CK each item (even the armor) is linked to a model. To switch that is as easy as switching the name in that blank. Problem is some of the other settings are keyed to that item too. (like how it fits, effects, exc) ... Anyways to do what your asking is within this. I'm sure with a bit of testing you will find the way. As far as your intended approach, It may work on some items and CTD you on others.
  18. The paralyze is a unstoppable temporary effect ... which is as it should be. In this case going with the game works out well your "fix" would be to not paralyzed the player for very long. Just like the games defaults.
  19. There is no CK book, however Youtube and the web are full of examples ... Also you can load up mods and break them down. Most mod makers will leave their scripts. Off the top of my head I can think of one mod maker that created a mod similar to what you're asking. Have a look at [ Kagrenacs Instant Fortress ] mod ... download [ C ] I think.
  20. CK always comes up with load errors select, Yes to All ... if the mod really has errors the only way is to remove it or fix it manually. (it shouldn't load with errors in a perfect world) In game from the console use the commands to remove and reset the NPC this will force a fresh texture load as your save still carries data that may be stopping this it from updating. I've found this to work in some cases. I totally forget the two commands ATM, I know you click on the NPC [disable] then without clicking on anything else so as not to lose the NPC ID number. Then [enable] ... disable, enable or remove, reset ... I forget the commands.
  21. Superb edits to the [ Skyrim.ini ] Puts the camera a little over your head (so you can look up nicely). Makes arrows/bolts aim to crosshair perfectly (100% accurate site). Gives the shots the reach of the view (arrows still drop but will hit long shots). Gives a better/epic zoom (allows a far zoom out while still reacting as normal). Smooths out horse mounts and view switch (very nice for horse mods).   22. Think there is a path system you could use with stalls at points. I notice all merchants seem to bobble a bit. A quick fix may be to set the merchant on a small nav-mesh island. So there is no other place to move to. I'd look into the path system myself ... good luck!
