Cross Hair Offset after an animation in Skyrim

That is a link to your uploaded screenshots, not to the specific image. No idea which of the myriad of images is the one in question.

 

Do you have any mods that affect the camera position? Cause the crosshair itself never changes position, it is always in the direct center of the screen.

There are circumstances where the forward position of the player becomes "broken". I had it for over a year after I installed iHud or something early on in game play. I didn't even use bows for the first years of play due to it, since it was nearly impossible to hit anything (FOV was shifted several degrees left for archery) I had it happen just the other day after being shouted at while in sneak position. When I got up, my field of view was shifted around 60 degrees off normal and I had to flee becuase I coudln't figure out how to get a blow in while shifted like that. Affected both third and first person views.. Had to exit game and reload to an earlier point to fix it, as using a crafting station (my goto fix for similar view problems) didn't work
