need help porting/fixing a massive city overhaul mod into SE properly

The red exclamation marks are because CK can't load the meshes or textures on them!

 

To make them appear in CK, you have to do one of 2 things...

 

Either unpack the original BSA, recreate the same file structure in your Skyrim Data folder and manually copy and paste every single folder into here...

 

... or, and it's much easier(!), open your CK ini file and add the exact names of the BSA files you want to be able to view into 'SresourceArchive2'. That enables CK to read the meshes, textures etc of the mod you're looking at.

 

I do it the last way because it's quick and simple. I don't load up the ini file with too many BSA files, though. Once I'm through with one esp, I delete it from the ini file and add one I want to view next, if any.

 

Fix that and post some new screenshots... it'll be a load more pleasing on the eye than all the red triangles!
