I had one PS4 that let you make everything including those, Greybeard Robes, and Psijic Monks robes, but the PC version excludes some attire, like them, but people have made mods for that. There's a mod called Wunderkinds Rares, a very old mod, that's BRILLIANT... it lets you make just about ALL rare armours and clothing, though they have FAR better, in fact very OP, values compared to the vanilla, and they are called other stuff, weird names, but still visually the same. Includes Psijic Robes, Arch Mage Robes, Nightingale Armour etc etc etc. Much more too, so that would be my first port of call, and I think you'll find it's got you covered, literally in this case.
