CGIModels
Hi - Would someone please point me to guide / tutorial / how to on making skeletons and bodies for Skyrim? And all the drop down options in BodySlide, is there documentation that explains what each of those bodies are used for? (CBBE, UNP)This has been kicking my butt. Every search leads to me everything except what I am trying to learn. Thank you Edited August 18, 2020 by CyberInfluencer
Algabar
Don't get me wrong, but reading mod descriptions and installation instructions helps. Especially when installing body replacers and maybe physics, you should definitely know what mods do and how they are installed. As a mod user, you don't "make" skeletons. You install the XPMSE skeleton. That's it. XPMSE is mandatory, if you want to use custom animations and/or physics. CBBE and (U)UNP are different replacers for female bodies. They simply have different shapes. Matter of personal taste. Both can be customized with BodySlide. You have to choose between the two. You can either have CBBE or (U)UNP. If you want (U)UNP, don't install CBBE. If you want CBBE, install it and install BodySlide without the (U)UNP options checked. My recommendation for a beginner woudl be to use CBBE. It's a bit easier to handle IMHO. If you want physics, there are several options: CBPC, 3BBB (for CBBE) and HDT-SMP. For each option, there are additional requirements. The installation instructions need to be followed exactly.

Apis4
Or just get a UNP body, and dont worry about having to have XMPSSE and FNIS and extra crap.
