How To Merge Multiple Mods with Multiple Master Files

I tried this method on TES5Edit 4.0.1 and it's not the same, I can't remove the master files. Any help?.

Add -IKnowWhatImDoing -AllowMasterFilesEdit as command line parameters to SSEEdit.
