Yutahji
I recently upgraded to Dawnguard, and am having some concerns with the Convenient Horses mod, v4.5. These issues are purely cosmetic, but I would appreciate some input. When my horse is wearing Daedric armor, the rump cover is very over sized. Im not sure if this is intentional or not, because it did not look this way with the vanilla install. The armor is also shiny, which does not suit the 'theme' Im going for. The dragonbone armor carries the same problems. The quality of the Dwemer armor looks severely reduced, and almost cartoony. It did not look this way in the vanilla install. So is this intentional or is there something wrong with my game?
Georgiegril
Well I have convenient horses 4.5 and dawnguard. While I see the daedric armor as kinda shiny, it is not excessively so, and I do not notice this effect with the dragon armor. Nor do I notice a sizing issue. I wonder if what you are seeing is being caused by one or more other mods. Have you run Boss for Load order? (not sure if this will help or not, especially if the problem is related to a lighting mod) also have you addressed any messages from BOSS? Sometimes it will give helpful info about compatibility, etc. It also might help if you posted pictures and also your mods list.

No compatibility issues, but I did have some dirty edits in my master files, so I cleaned those up with TES5. Here's a list of the mods I'm running: Dynamic SnowWearable LanternsSFOFootprintsMeeko the HuskyConvenient Horses 4.5WATERQuality World MapSkyrim HD (which never seems to be working)Bellyache's Animal pack At one point, I did have CLENB running, but I did not like the look of it and removed it. This could be the root of the problem. It's also to note that I cannot mount any horses except my own, (even if I kill it and buy a new one, I cant ride it.) and no horses have saddles in my game. I've attached some images showing the 'problem' horse armors. (Upon second look, I realized the Dragonbone armor is fine, but the Ebony is over sized.) http://www.iaza.com/work/130205C/iaza15925663431600.jpghttp://www.iaza.com/work/130205C/iaza15925670680000.jpghttp://www.iaza.com/work/130205C/iaza15925665204000.jpg As stated, none of the armors looked this way prior to installing Dawnguard. Yutahji
http://gergwerk.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2011/05/20090828-good-news-everyone.jpg After uninstalling Convenient, resetting my .ini back to vanilla standards, and killing every horse I could find in game, I fixed all my problems. So thanks to everyone who stopped by, but my turmoil is over. Back to Skyrim.
