us11csalyer
I'm going to be adding a SSD to my system as the main storage device. I have like 40+ mods in nexus mod manager and I do not want to lose them. How can I safely move them?
LargeStyle
If you are relocating Nexus Mod Manager to another hard drive then make a copy of all the mods you've downloaded into NMMs assigned mod download folder. Once you have your new hard drive in use then install NMM and copy the mod files into the new NMMs assigned mod download folder. Next time you run NMM it will recognise your mods and display them as normal. If you aren't relocating NMM then just leave everything. Just ensure that NMM knows the correct folder location of Skyrim. Whichever way you do it, whether moving or reinstalling Skyrim or NMM, deactivate all you mods before you do anything and reactivate them once you have everything in place.
