SKYui & SKSE: How are they handling the Take All command?

I've been looking through the source of both SKYui and SKSE. I've been following the trail through the files of how the "Take all" command works. I'm mostly just curious.

 

But, I can't figure it out. I've traced it to how it defines it's imput, but I can't find anything about what that input actually does.

 

Anyone want to point in the right direction?
