MDH Weaponeer
I'm making a plugin based on the Mournhold Museum of Artifacts. It's a large museum in Balmora containing some very interesting items to begin with, and TONS to discover. I made a slightly edited version of the museum script to fit the new location and all the new items that it will have. However, what I need is your help on exactly what items there should be. I don't want to make some item that gets my inbox set on fire with flames, so I must know EXACTLY what you guys want in "legendary" or "rare" items, mostly large enchantments in clothing/armour/weapons. ANY help would be apprieciated.
UberBender
I always thought a cool artifact would be: ___ Helm of Clear Sight Eye of Night 50pts. CE Just figure out what kind of helm it'll be. And: Sure-Shot Bow Fortify Marksmen 30pts. CE And: Leather Travel Boots: Levitate 500pts. CE Drain Attack 100pts. CE This way the PC can't use them in battle
MDH Weaponeer
"Drain attack" doesn't exist, so I'm just going to go with drain agility 100 points. However, there is one big problem: A high percentage of players are able to resist negative magic quite easily. And as I said... I don't want this to be too cheap. I want it to be just perfect, to fit along with the game.
UberBender
Maybe you could use: Drain Strength 100pts. CE Feather 500pts. CE That way attack is useless and you are still not over encumbered.Of course that still leaves the resist magicka problem.
Xeniorn
Drain Strength 100pts. CE Feather 500pts. CE I'd make a helm (or pants) with levitate 250pts feather 250pts and with a script that hasDisablePlayerFighting when you put it on and EnablePlayerFighting when you take it off. Marxist ßastard
You may want to move the museum to the outskirts of Vivec, just outside the Telvanni canton -- that way, you would only need to make sure it doesn't conflict with Vivec Expansion, as opposed to making sure it doesn't conflict with the thousands of plugins that add to Balmora. Also, putting it around Vivec will allow you to use Velothi architecture, meaning that you can put some downright spectacular architecture underground and place the items on altars. Additionally, the setting of the Ascadian Isles is much better for a museum-type building than the dusty, cluttered streets of Balmora, in my opinion. ...That's not to mention the added bonus that you'll get by moving the building *anywhere* -- avoiding those groans of "not *another* building in Balmora" upon release. Switch
Why is this in General Morrowind? Moving to Plugins... Also took care of your accidental double post :P Yes, you'll want to be careful not to make this come across as a "yet another house" mod or an "omg teh 1337 itemz 2 chaet wiht" mod. ;P

Windwalker = Levitate 500pts. 60 secs. Invisiblity 60 secs. I think thats it but im doing it from memory
