RaceMenu is ran from the console> showracemenu

make sure you also have the skse plugin installed in the skse plugin folder showRaceMenu_preCacheKiller.dll

try bodyslide studio mod that adds all that you need but like he said up there you need a proper body for it but an easer way of doing it would be to install a preset from somebody from nexus or here that has multiple alteration capabilities. I use wench body because it has few bones and use other body mods to add bones onto it to perform animations and to fit into clothing like 7b unp and so on works like a dream.
