Cephaler banned.

 

 

 

Reason:

A string of unconstructive posts including trolling several mod authors based on your personal biases.

Some criticisms were posted without even downloading the mod in question, sparking a flame war.

Abuse of the reporting system by spamming hateful messages about other users.

Harassing a moderator via PM regarding the aforementioned reports.

Publicly "calling out" your perceived lack of moderation based on your reports.

Updating your "About me" section to include personal attacks against other users.

 

As this seems to be a consistent pattern, you may no longer be a good fit for this community.

 

Example from the "About me" section:

"{{username removed}} - posted everything you could imagine under the sun to me in a public post on the Nexus. Things that would make your mother cringe. Yet, before I could respond, or report the vile individual to moderation... the posts were removed immediately. I wrote to moderation multiple times to have this individual banned for what they said. They blatantly broke every single rule on posting to the Nexus... yet, as of this time they are still active on the Nexus. How can that be?

 

I have it all documented, but the only thing that keeps happening... is moderation keeps coming to visit MY profile. This is absurd. I'm going to have justice... no matter what. I got nothing else to do, except fish and wash my cars. The Nexus is pathetic in it's so-called rules. Sad... legal action is an option. "

 

 

 

Terms of Service:

"Complaints against staff action should not be voiced publically and doing so may result in a formal warning or account suspension."

 

"We do not tolerate 'trolling' or harassment of any kind. Do not belittle, discredit, or aggressively criticise another member or their content. If you do not like something or have nothing constructive to add, it's best to simply move along."

 

"Our staff and moderators have the right to carry out their duties enforcing our Terms of Service without harassment, insult or hassle. If a user attacks a member of the moderation team in any way they will be banned from our service and may forfeit any right to appeal the decision. "
