Dragonborn PC Crash

Random CTD on me as well.

I have around 100 mods installed, but no problem with Hearthfire/Dawnguard DLC

 

When I first did Dragonborn my game froze after I was at the Earth shrine thingy... restarted the game and presto it worked for few hours until crash again.

It's annoying, but managedable.. just save your game a lot and cross fingers.

The mods can't be the cause of all the crashes. If you search via google, you get results, where XB360 users describe the same kind of crashes, even at the same locations, and their games aren't modded. So the DLC itself must cause at least some of the crashes. Edited February 10, 2013 by Dilopho

I've just experienced my first freeze ups with Dragonborn installed today. My game freezes if I go east of Helgen (sort of 'behind it'), which unfortunately I have to because of a quest for Neloth. The only mods I could think of possibly causing a conflict would be levelers tower, which as far as I know works fine and didn't cause this problem prior to Dragonborn installation. I will do more testing to be sure.

My apologies for this Old Thread, but i too am getting weird CTD from Solstheim, now i cant even return to Skyrim nomore.

There are no ugridstoload in my Skyrim.ini so i made one and Zero Crashes :D

I had an issue, where approaching the earth stone made me CTD. Fixed by disabling Wild Skyrim and animals don't report crimes mods.
