1mikey1
My character seems to develop a weird animation when walking after playing the game for a while, like slight limping or something, has anybody noticed something similar? it's best visible when slowly walking diagonally. It also happens with certain weapons unholstered. Here's a video: https://streamable.com/xstfdt I'm playing the GOG version with NVSE + NVTF + NVAC + OneTweak. Windows 10. dubiousintent
If it's an animation, then it's a 'feature' of the game (or some mod). It indicates the Actor has broken a limb. If it "heals" without the proper treatment, it becomes "permanent". With the legs, it's typically from a fall from a height or critical hit to the leg. You need to heal the limb with a "doctor's bag" or by an actual doctor before saving. (Stimpacks, etc. won't cure it.) Once it has gotten in your "save game" files, it has (for some people) been fixable by reloading the save file in the same game session. Others found it necessary to go back to a save prior to the injury. [Added as 'Issue - Permanent Limp' to the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" article under "Graphics".] -Dubious-

It only starts after a while of playing even if I take 0 damage during it. I don't know if it is related to the microstutter issue or not. Radioactivelad
It's a vanilla issueThere are small imperfections with the Weapon walking animations. There's a very noticeable jutting forward when walking with a pistol-grip rifle, such as the Service Rifle. Holster your weapon and the issue goes away entirely. I don't know much about animations, but I assume what's happening here is the same thing that causes the "Walking" Swim animation to move in small bursts (only in third-person). A pause or slowdown of motion built in to the animation itself. That looks and feels natural for swimming, but was probably unintended for walking on land. And once it starts happening it doesn't stop until I restart the game, this is what is most weird about it to me.
Radioactivelad
If it's supposed to be visible in your video, I don't see it at all. I just see the usual weapon animation problem.
