New Highres Pack 03

Just noticed Skyrim updated this morning with a new High-Res pack for the Dragonborn DLC.. Problem.. The old method of inserting "HighResTexturePack03.bsa" into the Skyrim.ini Archive load list doesn't seam to be loading this new pack.. I have to enable the BSA file to get it to show up. This means I can't mod any textures in the game without loosing the HD pack or unpacking. Anyone else notice this or attempt to find a work around? Edited by jedimembrain

All of this is no longer necessary, guys -- as of Skyrim patch 1.4 or 1.6 (I forget which), loose files now override BSAs, instead of the other way 'round. I'm quite happily enjoying various textures installed as loose files, with the official high-res DLC BSAs installed exactly as they were when I downloaded them from Steam.

So the short version: Just lease the high-res texture pack .esp/.bsa files untouched in your load order, and install as many other texture mods as you wish.
