theforvalaka
I've played skyrim forever and used enb on my old machine. I recently built a new rig, and can't get enb to work right. No matter which enb mod I try, the same thing happens. I read that with ati graphics cards, you need to enable anisotropic filtering in catalyst control center, and I've done that and turned it to 16 with no change. It's just blurry everywhere and can't focus on anything. Here is my specs... i7 3770K clocked at 4.2GHztwo ati 7950 graphics cards in crossfire16GB ramSsd drive (holding windows and skyrim)asrock z77 extreme 4 mobo Any suggestions? And did you make the tweaks to your ini files to allow ENB to work correctly?
theforvalaka
Both. And yes, I updated skyrim prefs in my docs and in the skyrim root folder.

And yes, I updated skyrim prefs in my docs and in the skyrim root folder.Have you tried taking a generic enbeffectprepass file from the enbdeve site and attempting to use that? If just the prepass change doesn't fix it, you should try using a batch file to scrub all your ENB files instead of deleting them manually, then use one of the generic (non-preset) versions of ENB from the enbdev site making sure that you have depthoffield turned to true to test it out. If you're still blurry, you have a hardware issue. Maybe try changing your drivers?
SuperFudge
I have the same rig as OP. Curios if anyone has found a way to fix lack DOF not being able to focus. Previously when I first was using Enhanced Shaders ENB FX to correct the DOF not focusing I just overwrite the ENB files again and that fixed it. Now when I try that again it does not. Any fixes on this?
