Canyew
Hi all, a bit new to these here forums and I needed some help with my load order as I think this is what's causing the problem. Let me explane.I had a lot of old mods, and a even old NMM that kept crashing every time it loaded up, uninstalled NMM installed the new one. Everything in the folders was a mess. Skyrim was having CTDs (I figured out what this was by now) Trying to enter my modded breezehome (Worked for once, enough for me to clear out the home and everything in it) Desided to just completely remove skyrim off my computer, all its mods, back it all up and remove everything and start fresh. This process took me two days to work on so far. First I completely removed NMM and skyrim, reinstalled them both, installed the newer SKSE. Then I went on a mod hunting spree (Night one). On night two, I started installing all the mods, after finding all the updates for all the mods that needed them. Took me a few hours installing everything. Then I ran a test, I put back the skyrim saves folder and loaded up the save after I cleaned out my house, and found the game was chugging, really badly. So I turned it off, edited RCRN (one of the mods I installed) so it uses less graphics, And it seemed like it went from 2 FPS to 4 FPS (Woo improvment!) Desided to uninstall RCRN becuase I thought that was the problem and replaced it with a mod I knew worked (Project Reality Climates of Tamriel) Since I had used it before and I didn't have FPS drops with it. Loaded up skyrim, same issue. This time I was maybe getting 6 to 8 FPS in whiterun. I Honestly don't know what to do, I think it's the load order (As I have a lot of mods installed) I used BOSS but before I reinstalled skyrim it would always move PR:CoT and cuase massive FPS drops when I used it, I still used it anyway and edited the list a bit in NMM but I still have FPS drops. So my question is... Is it the load order cuasing drops? What is the best way to configure a load order to load up which mods first? Is it something else? Did I do something worng maybe? I honestly don't know. And I can't get my load order list currently. As I am at work and not at my computer at home.

Namely, scripts that have been baked into your save and continually run, causing your game to chug. Start a brand new game and see if you have issues. If you don't, your old save games are probably not salvageable. Chalk it up to beginning modding and start again. If you still have troubles with the new game, then post your load order here so people can look at it.
Canyew
I figured it out after 4 or 5 more hours of playing with it, and feel like a dunce. The game worked (somewhat) before uninstalling it, when I reinstalled it, I needed to update my grpahic drivers. Games works pretty good now... I just feel like an idiot.
