Skybroom
For example while the female NPC is playing animobjectcheers idle or any drink and eat idle their hands grow significantly big. Why? And how that can be helped? I have checked both FNIS's GENDER specific animations and SKELETON arm fix. As I can see they don't solve the issue. So, I would like to find the solution, mayhaps already on the Nexus.

SIZE DOES MATTER - NPCs do not rescale shrink resize - less camera restrictionshttps://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/41304 I haven't used that mod in ages and I don't know if it's on Skyrim SE but I do believe at one time this was the go to mod for the kind of issue you mentioned. VulcanTourist
Furniture Height Size Fix Enhanced The simpler solution, however, is simply to keep the height/size of your followers and NPCs within a very small margin of 1. Children are the unfortunate exception, and that seems to be the primary focus of the above mod.
Skybroom
That's not the case. Body doesn't change its scale. The problem is them HANDS and only hands tend to grow huge as compared to the body. And I am talking of no furniture, I am talking of animobject idle animation. For example NPC is playing cheer up animation with a tankard in her right hand and waving with the left one (you know that piece of animation which looks so clumsy when performed by female character). While she's at it both her hands are twice as big as when she's standing still or just walking around. I think the problem is about the hands size being brought to accordance with the anim object, which is the tankard in this case. But I may be wrong. But, guys it has nothing to do with furniture or rescaling the whole NPC. Edited September 5, 2020 by Skybroom

VulcanTourist
That does sound different than the furniture scaling issue, but are the tankards they're holding the vanilla game ones? If they're a replacer tankard model (and I know at least one exists, seen a screenshot), then it might be an issue caused by that and still more similar than not to the scaling issue. I know almost nothing about animations, but I haven't read anything about animations themselves altering scale; there are mods that alter scale prior to animations, but I've never read of animations themselves being able to do it. steve40
Animations can have built-in (hardcoded) scaling as part of each keyframe. You are using the animation with a race/gender/body size that the original animation was not intended to be used with. It could possibly also be a bone weighting issue. I doubt there is an easy fix for this either way. For example, this is what happens in Fallout 4 when an actor wears power armor (images are or Paladin Danse with the power armor animation applied, but the actual power armor has been forcefully unequipped using console). Basically, his body was stretched by the animation to fit into the armor. This is an exaggerated example, of course, but the same principle applies to Skyrim animations. TRCMods
Yeah I've never noticed this before either. I'm curious as to how vanilla your females are. It is possible that there is some scaling happening within an animation but it would be subtle and I assume it is since this is the 1st I'm hearing of it. Maybe you have a different female body where it's more pronounced as a result or maybe you badly need to start playing a new game lol.
Nithalm
A solution i found was changing some animobjects. Such as animobjectbread.nif and animobjectdrinkingtankard.nif. You can find these files inside data/meshes/animobjects folder. These objects are replaced by staple-mods such as SMIM.(Static Mesh Improvement mod) I am not entirely sure if its SMIM, and whats wrong with the files. But i changed these animobjects with nifs from another mod, and then my girl suddenly was able to eat without growing gorilla hands. I have of course all the mods as mentioned above, such as racemenu, XPMS skeleton etc, and my skyrim worked well in general. I took some files from this mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/105502) and that worked well for me. If you install this, this mod can solve your growing hands problem while eating food, as it has its own animobject.nif files.Warning though, i myself replaced the animobject files by hand inside my data folder, i actually did not install the entire mod. This mod works well, but if you are using realistic-needs-and-diseases mod, this mod will modify several food items, adding its own animation effect on them as special effect, while removing the filling part from those foods, making these food-items useless for your realistic needs mod.
