Want to port armor mod from Fallout 4 to New Vegas. Have permission from author.

Hello! There's an armor mod from Fallout 4 that I really liked and I asked the author if I could have it ported to New Vegas and they said I could. The armor is the Minutemen Extremist armor from the Far West Minutemen mod. I was wondering if anyone could help me out with porting the armor?

Edit: Sorry, the armor in the game is actually called the Minuteman Extremist Plate Armor.

Those armor models appear to be based on Fallout 4 stock assets. Porting them over is a no-no.
