Sneaking is to easy, is it a mod?

I have level 100 sneak (I havn't played in a while so maybe its just level 100 sneak idk)

BUT I am able to literally walk circles around enemies while crouched and walk like 1 foot infront of their eyes.

 

Not sure if it was already like this since I havn't played in a while but I downloaded 3 new mods I found before I hopped on and I'm not sure if that is the problem

(ENHANCED NPC AWARNESS) - (COVER BASED STEALTH) - (COMBAT ENHANCER)

 

At first when I came on after downloading this stuff, I was able to just crouch during a firefight and BOOM they went to looking for me.

I disabled Combat Enhancer and Cover Based Stealth and now when I crouch it doesn't do that anymore
BUT,

sneaking is still way to easy. I can just walk right infront of someone and they wont be able to see me.

 

IS THERE a mod (or a fix) that makes it so if im in their close vision i will be seen on the spot no matter what my sneak?

* Move any "inactive/disabled" plugins out of the game "Data" folder. They count against the "plugin cap"(see Smaller Plugin Cap) because they get loaded by the game engine if found, and can cause "Missing Master" problems. Please see the wiki "Missing Masters" article if you get that error message.

 

* If you have more than one mod that makes any change to the same record or set of records in the vanilla game, then you really need to use a "Merge Patch File" with that collection of mods. Please see the 'Third Rule: The Rule of One' and 'Merge Patch File' sections of the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article. When in doubt, create a "Merge Patch" file for your overall "load order" anyway. If you add, remove, or change the sequence of plugins in your "load order", don't forget to rebuild the "merge patch" file again.
