A Simple Critical Overhaul

Really what I'm looking for, and I'm not sure if its possible without scripting, is a small change to the Bladesman, Deep Wounds, Critical Shot, Critical Charge, and Great Critical Charge perks. What I want to see is for Bladesman, Deep Wounds, and Critical Shot to add 50/75/100% of their current modified weapon damage according to rank as a critical hit. I'd also like to see Critical Charge and Great Critical Charge add double your current critical damage so for example if you Critical Charge with a one handed weapon and you don't have Bladesman or the weapon isn't a sword Critical Charge would add 100% of your weapon damage as your critical hit but if you have Bladesman rank 2 and are charging with a one handed sword Critical Charge would add 150% of your current weapon damage as your critical damage and 200% for rank 3. Now I'm still exploring the Creation Kit to try to do this myself but if someone else wants to take on the challenge and manages to put it out before I do that'd be cool. Help or tips would also be appreciated.

 

EDIT: I'll leave the original posting above for now but a concise summary of what I want to achieve follows below. Also when I say "Simple" in the title all I mean is that I want to change the way the damage is calculated and nothing else. I don't want to add daggers to Bladesman for example. I don't begin to assume that this would be simple to do at all, especially seeing as I haven't found a simple way to do it yet.

 

Bladesman, Deep Wounds, Critical Shot:

Tier 1: Critical Damage = 50% Total Weapon Damage (One Handed Sword with a modified damage of 40, including perks, smithing, etc. would do 20 additional damage on a critical hit)

Tier 2: Critical Damage = 75% Total Weapon Damage (Same sword from above would do 30 additional damage on a critical hit)

Tier 3: Critical Damage = 100% Total Weapon Damage (Again same sword with a damage of 40 modified by various means would do an additional 40 damage on a crit)

 

Critical Charge, Great Critical Charge:

Blunt, Axe, or Blade with either no critical perk or Tier 1 of critical perk: Critical Damage = 100% Total Weapon Damage (40 damage weapon does another 40 for crit)

Blade/Greatsword with Bladesman/Deep Wounds Tier 2: Critical Damage = 150% Total Weapon Damage (40 damage weapon does another 60 for crit)

Blade/Greatsword with Bladesman/Deep Wounds Tier 3: Critical Damage = 200% Total Weapon Damage (40 damage weapon does an additional 80 on crit)

 

Well that is what I want to request and am trying to accomplish on my own at the same time. If anyone can do it that would be cool or if anyone had any insight that could help me do it that would be cool as well.
