Problem: Graphical Glitches

Hey everyone, I'm SJ and I have come to seek your guidance in resolving a problem that's been bothering me for a few days now.

Let me begin by stating that I am by no means a veteran with regards to installing mods, I have been using automated installs through NMM as well as through Steam Workshop.

I have the following mods installed at this moment (first screenshot is of the list in NMM, second and third are the 'Data Files' option within Skyrim launch menu)

Now, since I started installing my first few mods I didn't take a whole lot of care checking out incompatibilities and so forth between mods. I have been experiencing graphical gtliches ever since my first batch of mods. At first I thought I could overlook these if the mods were awesome enough, but alas. It has gotten slightly worse, and it's kinda breaking the fun for me now. Below are two videos I shot with Fraps, containing some of the errors.

I should state that these happen at random, but I've had them inside cities looking at the mountains, as well as riding through heavy snowfall (on the way to Signus' outpost or the island with the Serpent Stone, for instance).

I hope that by looking at my mods list maybe one of you (hopefully) can tell me what mod is being a fussy little kid and is causing these 'glitches' , for lack of a better word.

I can't see any mods that stand out at me (at least none that I know of), so I'm assuming that it is a driver problem - install the latest driver for your graphics card and then try again. If you have already done so then just uncheck the cities and rcrn plugins and give it a go.
