About making hair mod which can be equipped

For making, I opened and observe hair mod.nif (can be equipped)

 

Many hair mod which can be equipped have just two ninode. npc head and npc spine2.

 

If I make new hair mod, Could I add new ninode?

 

I want to know that I can add new ninode. (ex NPC spine1, NPC L clavicle,NPC R clavicle)

Just bring the mesh to Blender/3DS Max, weight paint the vertex groups/nodes you which to affect the mesh and export with a new base skeleton. The Bif Scripts will create the adequate needed nodes for you
