lofgren Posted September 13, 2020 Share Posted September 13, 2020 Anybody have any idea what would cause a weapon to not appear in the right hand when equipped? The weapon appears sheathed, but remains in the sheathe when the PC draws it. The hand appears empty, but makes sounds and strikes as if the weapon is held in it. The weapon is the honed Falmer dagger from Heavy Armory, but I suspect it's suffering from a more general bug rather than something unique to this one weapon. The sheathe always appears at the PC's hip, regardless of which position I have set for my daggers in the XPMSE menu. The weapon appears just fine in the left hand. MatiSol9 Posted September 15, 2020 Share Posted September 15, 2020 I had that bug with a weapon I'm working on right now. It's because the weapon type doesn't match with the tag on the NIF file. I have no idea how to change the tag on the model but I know a way around it - you can import the weapon in the Outfit Studio while using a dagger as a reference. Make sure you have a mesh called something like "FalmerDagger" and another one called "1stPersonFalmerDagger". Then it should work Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
