RosietheRiveter
I haven't played Skyrim since before the Dawnguard DLC I've reinstalled the game from scratch with the Dawnguard and Dragonborn DLC, the HiResTexturePacks 01, 02 and 03 and the appropriate Unofficial patches, SKSE, NMM and BOSS.The game graphics don't look as nice as I remember them. BOSS gives the following load order. Is it correct? Thanks in advance Skyrim.esm Update.esm Dawnguard.esm Dragonborn.esm HighResTexturePack01.esp HighResTexturePack02.esp HighResTexturePack03.esp Unofficial Skyrim Patch.espHighResTexturePackFix.esp Unofficial Dawnguard Patch.esp Unofficial Dragonborn Patch.esp Unofficial High Resolution Patch.esp StaticMeshImprovementMod.esp dungeonquestawareness.esp Convenient Horses.esp SkyUI.esp Edited February 9, 2013 by RosietheRiveter

fiewiel
Stand in front of a column in whiterun (smithy is pretty good). Go first person perspective und walk into the column until you cant to further. You should see a pixilated texture. Make a screenshot and save the game now.Disable all the texture packs load up game. You should be in the same position as you saved. Make a screenshot. You find both screenshots normally in the installdir of skyrim. Use a bmp viewer and check if between the 2 screens there is a difference.IF the texture packs work (and the column was retextured which I think should be the case) there is some visible difference. That means the texture packs work and the quality loss you see is from another source (driver, enb, whatever). If the screenshots are the same I have no clue why the texturepacks dont work. kradus
Maybe the unofficial patches should go last.
Cait833
Only use the Unofficial High Resolution Patch since the HighResTexturePackFix is outdated.
