1 Raiders

 

How about some Raiders based inside an Alaskan War Museum, a nice excuse to re-use those chimera tanks.

 

2 Brotherhood of Steel

 

Can be situated inside Fort washington, just copy fort independance for easy construction. Several outposts in various places, fighting enclave on occasion.

 

3 Enclave

 

JFK, along with recruitment center and other outposts inside the city, sometimes fighting the Brotherhood, neutral to the player, give them a chance to either side with Enclave or Brotherhood.

 

4 Ghoul Town

 

Could have a big settlement inside Penn station, former relief center after the fallout due to its metro tunnels.

 

5 Sky City

 

Richer upper class settlement, with walkways between skyscrapers, hires Elite Mercenaries to protect themselves.

 

6 Rock Bottom

 

Poor low class settlement, situated around Sky City, citizens show signs of infection like with the people in The Pitt.

 

7 Williamsburg

 

Small settlement of those that are too infected and have been evicted from Rock Bottom by the Elite Mercenaries for being a danger to the population.

 

8 Elite Mercenaries

 

Power Armor wearing mercenaries, well equiped, and operate in strike teams. HQ near Sky City entrance. They go out on occassion to get fresh supplies, should be seen on occassion fighting raiders/Super Mutants around the city. Or assaulting buildings like police HQs, and hospitals, to capture them from Super Mutants/Raiders, for said supplies. Possible outposts near bridges/metro stations to keep out bad elements.

 

9 Super Mutants

 

Carrying M60s/FN FAL, mostly found inside queens/the bronx, only ones to fight over the badly radiated parts of the city with the feral ghouls.

 

10 Feral Ghouls

 

Inside the metro tunnels, and at night inside the Bronx/Queens.

 

11 Trogs

 

Found mostly around Williamsburg, and in smaller amounts near Rock Bottom.

I just have a quick question for you about the worldspace. You made it using TESAnnewyn, correct? According to the TESAnnewyn readme, before you can use it on a height map the height map must be in TES Height Units, so my question for you is, how did you get your New York height map into TESHUs? I've been trying to use Annewyn to make my own world space it has me beating my brains out! Sorry for the off topic but you're the only one I know of who has used TESAnnewyn with FO3.

I did a lot of testing and two days of tests trying all combinations to make it work and then testing ingame and in geck to see if was ok more or less....

hey im pretty new to modding but i'm liking this idea. im a pretty good modeler and texture....umm er . anyway i basicly specialize in deail objects just the small things all around so in this case i could make some custom static items if you need. i could also modify some creatures to fit the ny style gameplay. ive been modeling and textureing for about 3 years now and i really wanna help on some good mods and get out there. so if you need any custom items i can do them. just you know.. throwing it out there.

Thankyou new items would be cool , as for creatures I cant rig them or put ingame so if u want to do just be sure to make them fully working in game :) ...

By the way, is your NY mod going to be a TC or are you going to tie into vanilla F3, with say GTS?

tc means? No GTS anyway m I just added a boat , Id like someone to work may be on the quest structure , something to get the player there would be enough at least , like may be defent some merchants at the arrival point etc...

Dune mod is not a total conversion infact it dont changes anything from the original world , it just adds a "new World" this NY mod makes similar thing but on much less big scale than DUNE , I dont have any intention to make it more "heavy" modding like I did for DUNE couse I have no time for it .... altough woudl be cool ...
