FreshRich
Before you do anything, copy your SkyrimEditor.ini file to a safe location so you'll have a working backup in case something gets screwed up. Having said that, this is what worked for me. Edit your SkyrimEditor.ini file. Mine is located here: C:\Program Files(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\SkyrimEditor.ini Under the [General] section, add this: bAllowMultipleMasterLoads=1bAllowMultipleMasterFiles=1 While still in the SkyrimEditor.ini file, search for SResourceArchiveList2Edit it to look like this:SResourceArchiveList2=Skyrim - Shaders.bsa, Update.bsa, Dawnguard.bsa, HearthFires.bsa, Dragonborn.bsa Save the file. Restart the Creation Kit and load Skyrim.esm, Update.esm and Dawnguard.esm. You'll find Serana under Actors>Actor - Use Serana in the filter window above to find her more quickly. She appears as DLC1Serana. Edited March 7, 2013 by FreshRich
1shoedpunk
Also, keep in mind that you may need to add Dawnguard.esm to your plugin as a master manually with TES5Edit.
starfire42
IF you're referring to the mod "Skyrim NPC Editor", it apparently doesn't know how to read the dawnguard.esm file, as none of the npcs from there show up in the list. If they did, Serana would show as dlc01Serana.
