I thought it was a mod issue, but I loaded vanilla Skyrim and fortify effects aren't changing the displayed skill numbers or turning them green. The effects are working, but the displayed skills aren't changing. I use MO2, so all that's in the game folder are the normal files and some script extender stuff which shouldn't affect anything launching with the main executable.
