LE Transmute Item Spell

Really quick and simple:

 

I would love to see a mod that allows you to convert items to gold.

I believe it could be done using an Alteration spell that converts an item to (x)% of the item's face value.

 

To be honest I would be fine with ≥10%, I just have so many god damn items in my player house that it lags when opening the inventory screen. They are doing nothing but take up my inventory space and there is way too much to sell to vendors who only have a wallet of >1500 gold.

 

For anyone who played Runescape waaaay back in the day you will remember the Alchemy spell :D

I have tried searching and the only transmuting I have found has been strictly regarding ore.
