Nexus download speed is slow when downloading file 50mb+

this speed happen when i first download skyrim mods which is the file is 20mb+. because of that, i start to stop modding skyrim. and this month i start to feel to play skyrim again so i download 30+ mods that contain 50mb+ file, i think it was ok to wait that long, but now its kinda annoying. i already tried any method that available in this forum, and non of them work. any advice? its slow on manual and vortex both
