Mod file not updating and not getting notifications

It started yesterday when I accidentally uploaded an FNV version of two files to my mod page Misc. Stewie Gamesetting Tweaks. Once I noticed the mistake, I quickly went to upload the correct version of the files. However it still had the old version of the files. I tried reuploading them two or three more times, but to no avail. I had somebody else who had access to the page reupload one of the file, and the same thing still happened. They also told me they didn't get any notification for the page being edited, and neither did I when they uploaded the file.

 

It's been several hours and nothing's changed, so I pulled down the two troublesome files. Can anything be done?

Can you please try uploading it again but this time change the file name slightly before starting the upload.

The work around of changing the file name does seem to have worked. Though I'm still not getting any notification of the page being edited as my co-author told me they also tried reuploading the file themselves.

Hmm, can you double check that "Changes to your files by team members" is enabled in your notification preferences? https://www.nexusmods.com/users/myaccount

Yes, the setting is enabled.

Hmm, I'm not sure then. Maybe it was a temporary blip. I've been getting those notifications fine but it has been a few days since I've seen one.
