Yes. I have. At least for me, neither better Female wrists hands ankles and leg ratio twists for XPMSSE 2.51SE or CBBE Hands and HN66s Nails V1.4 work. I think I tried something else along the way as well, but I can't recall which mod(s) it(they) was(were). it/they didn't work either. The problem eventually returns anyway. I suspect that battling certain enemies or holding certain items causes some sort of change in the hands where they become the larger size (around ~120-130%) << which makes me think something is instantiating the "beast" form of the hand at least in terms of mesh. (maybe a kill move or some other animation)

 

but having said that... the OP ought to try anyway. Some things that don't work for me work for others, and visa versa (as I'm sure is the case for others too)

 

PS> HN is already installed in my game. I left it there because it does produce a more feminine hand in general. but it doesn't stop the odd auto-resizing. Just prettier beast hands ;)
