Malaysia Download Issues (LA Server) - 18th Sept 20

Hi,

 

The download's speed is being unusually slow for me these 3 days, which usually ranging from 9kb ~ 20kb, except for the test file as per instructions, which was at a normal speed for my internet at around 2-3mb/s. I have tried downloading both through MO and manual are too slow compare to the speed capped for non-premium user. Mods under 10mb or so still fine, except the one larger 100mb and above will be around 20kbs and below. I have tried downloading fallout 4 mods https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/38434?tab=files&file_id=160665, 1.9gb and https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/19630, the high one 140mb.
