Multiple textures in a single .dds file

I couldn't find anything on this problem so i figured I'd seek help here. I'm trying to build a player home using the GECK. The issue i'm having is there is a .dds file that contains four textures that are each placed in the corners of the .dds. and i would like to use the brown wooden log one in the bottom left corner on the interior walls of the home. (I've attached a photo to better explain my problem). If anyone knows how i could single out the log cabin texture in the bottom left I would really appreciate it!

You can either use an image editing program to crop the texture you want into a single file, or alternatively you can use NifSkope to tweak the UV Map of the model you want to use to only cover that section of the texture.

In Nifskope right click on node and select texture/edit UV then move the 4 corners where you want them:
