Weird and Random CTDs No Matter What I do

Okay, so I had my install since launch and have modded like crazy since. When I bought Dragonborn my saves were unloadable no matter what I did. I did a clean reinstall and slowly reenabled all my mods. I would load 5, bootup, save, etc until the save load would crash. I would then uncheck each of the 5 one at a time. Once I found the problem one I would try again and it would load! The next bootup it wouldn't load! This is so strange. I then tried using Wyre Bash and BOSS to re-arrange my load order after installing the mod with NMM. It worked great for about an hour. When I loaded up again the saves won't load (CTD) or I get infinite loading. Here's my BOSS log

I cleaned all the dirty files, got all the compatibility patches and this was the resulting BOSS log afterwards. I also created a BASH patch for the listed tag items. I still can't load my saves or start a new game. What the hell could be wrong?

EDIT: I also tried deactivating all mods and started a new game...still crashing after loading. I also validated the cache files with Steam and it said all files were fine.

Yeah, I forgot to mention that I did that too. Said all files are intact.

it's weird, for me Racemenu was the one, it's heavy + apachii +Helgen which is a scripted zone and doesn't like mod to much :P, i always install Racemenu when i reach riverwood now.

 

if you have made a clean install, you have 2/10 chance that your old save works again, believe me :P,

the only other thing is Dragonborn, all the mod are not up to date so far, but you must start a new game without problem at least

Do you use a injector like ENB,or use SKSE?You gotta remove those also and test.Any replacers like texture mods that are loose,if too big can cause issues.CBBE has a 67M texture that can cause issues,look in the midlowtexture,there's a femalebody_1.dds in high folder with one that is less issuey.Do you got latest drivers for your card?Have you tried on lower settings?

I use K ENB and SKSE. I'm using a custom texture for CBBE, not the default. I have the latest GPU drivers as well.

Don't load any mod at all,no ENB,no SKSE,no texture replacers,only clean install game,and try on different quality settings.What card do you use?and what driver version?Have you defragged your drive lately?

Hd 5870 and yes I did a couple weeks ago. I have the 13.1 drivers. I just did a clean reinstall and it still does the same thing. I also want to know...are you supposed to clean the main .esm files? If BOSS reads they are dirty do you ignore it? Even after a clean install BOSS still reads Update, Dawnguard, and Dragonborn as dirty.
