Mod Request - Hip Fire

Quite often I get slapped by some monster because I can not fire my gun until I finish 'slowly' aiming it. Of course the slap interrupts my 'slow' aiming and I have to start again, thus repeating the cycle until I am dead because I can't 'aim' my gun fast enough and never get to actually fire it.

 

So I humbly request a mod that lets me Hip Fire my weapon (with no zoom) when I click the left mouse button and only aims it (with zoom) when I hold the right mouse button.

 

If that's not possible, a mod that lets me aim instantly instead of "so slow I never get to fire a shot before I die from being smacked to death" would be very helpful.
