anjenthedog
So, a while back I installed something or another (possibly that very large textures update) that led to the banners in Markarth now literally spelling "Markarth" instead of displaying proper banners. A while later, I recall reading something that suggested a fix. Unfortunately I didn't follow that advise and figured "I'd get to it later" It's later now, and I have no idea what I was supposed to do... Can someone please refresh my memory as to what that fix is?
saurusmaximus
I believe that is fixed by the unofficial hi-res patch?

saurusmaximus
Ok, so it turns out I'm a dumba**. The Unofficial Hi-Res patch was for the Hi-Resolution DLC that was available for LE Skyrim; having two nearly-identical games to mod gets confusing sometimes. However, the patch for that Markarth banners thing is (supposedly) included in USSEP, so if you have that, you have the fix I was thinking of. The issue is caused by the game being shipped with a generic, placeholder texture that said "Markarth" on it, so if you do have USSEP installed already, I would look at your other installed texture mods and see if one is undoing the overwrite from the patch.
