alex2avs
it is possible and quite easy.but really don't think that's legal or allowed ...I think it's something like Morroblivion's case so I'd ask a moderator about this before doing anything. tyreil829
what if you build the helm for scatch would that help? Edward Cullen
xxXEvandarXxx
I think that as long as you model the helmet from scratch and don't use anything from the orginal helmet, it would be legal. I don't know for sure though...
alex2avs
Well...at the moment I'm not able to build a that helm from the scratch
xxXEvandarXxx
I guess that you could modify the orcish helmet a bit... Or well, just not a bit, but whatever :Phttp://i296.photobucket.com/albums/mm197/xxXEvandarXxx/oblivion/orcishhelmet.jpg
zeralesaar
If you construct the helm from scratch or by modifying an Oblivion mesh without using any of the assets from Morrowind or its expansions, it's perfectly legal. One great example is McMuffin's Daedric Lord Armor. It looks almost identical (but better!) to the Morrowind style of Daedric armor, but it's acceptable due to the way that he didn't Morroblivion it or convert Morrowind assets in some other way. The Ebony helm or Orcish helm would be a good base for Tohan, maybe with some bits of the Golden Saint female helm grafted on and retextured to provide the wings. Just remove the nosepiece of the base helm, unite the eye-slots, and add that pointy hood-ish bit to the top front, and you'd almost be done. From there just a little bit of tweaking to shorten and elongate some things, then a texture, and the helm would probably look about as close as one could get it in Oblivion without 3DSMAX and serious skill.
