Was Talos a BRETON?

There's no real evidence to suggest Hjalti/Tiber was a Breton, he was from High Rock, but different people of different races live all over Tamriel. The only thing I know of that could suggest it is the fact that Tiber lived to 108 years old, which is a hell of a long time for a human, especially in a medievalish society. Bretons are the longest living of the human races, so that's something. Then again, plenty of people have lived very long for their races through various means, it's not too far fetched to assume an Emperor, especially Tiber Septim would have access to the best healers and mages the Empire had to offer, which could explain his long life.

Also, if you want to get CHIM into the mix, that could possibly explain a lot, but I'm nowhere near knowledgeable enough about CHIM to give a proper explanation of it.

CHIM is the realization that the entire world is just a dream of a being known as the godhead, and thus, through the dream, all things are connected, and that individuality is nothing more then an illusion.

Those who achieve CHIM accept that they are not individuals, but rather, just another part of the dream, while at the same time still thinking of themselves as individuals.

The powers of CHIM allow for nearly unlimited ability to warp the very world around you in any way you want, and should one with CHIM have their body slain, they can just bring themselves back to life, for while they are physically mortal, they are spiritually eternal.
