Game crashes on start up.

OK so im pretty new to modding and i got the mods i wanted for now and installed them with nexus mod manager and the game is crashing on start up i have BOSS i used it and it didn't help at all. here is my load order:

Move the DLC ESMs to the top right under the FalloutNV.esm, then move the wsex.esm so it's right under the DLC.
