netlok
Okay so I added a mod that disables the radial blur as quick fix, which fixes half the issue. I added vampire's sight with this mod enabled. When I used vampire's sight it creats a visible blur and washes the colors out even more just like nighteye. But what's weird is that the mod doesn't disable the blur for nighteye/vampire's sight.
Belial666
Cause that mod don't disable simple blur or Depth of Field.I tihnk the DOF is part of what's doing it.you can disable it in INI.Just change bDoDepthOfField=1 to bDoDepthOfField=0,and see if it helps. If you got a save before you tried that, then I'd suggest not using the spell. netlok
Thank you for the suggestion  however changing that value in the in the ini did not fix the issue. Once again for clarity: With the "No Radial Blur" mod, there is no longer that constant blur around the edge of the screen. The mod successfully fixes half of the issue. However that blur becomes visible when I use nighteye or something similar, while the mod is activated.  Which means that this effect is separate like you said. Even though visually it looks like the same blur effect, just bigger. Though the blur is gone, thanks to the mod, the colors are still washed out. The colors are not as washed out as if I were to activate nighteye. Belial666
More than likely it's a script issue in the mod,or incompatibiity with another one that mods same scripts.Let the mod author know you're having issues, and send your mod list so they can see if something else is causing the issues with their's. netlok
What I wanna know is why loading up the save without any mods doesn't get rid of the issue. Perhaps therein lies the secret to the solution
Belial666
The save without mods still has the info the effect is on.It could be a mod was written wrong and accidently set to always stay on.Only way is to use a save right before it happened, which you mighta overwrote with the autosaves going in and outta places. The tutorial at top of forum for removing spell effects don't work either?
